Re: Happy New Year (CM Fam 1999)
Here's a 'tasty morsel' to wet your
appetite on the way to (or from) your
New Year's celebrations this year, a
nice little bonus included with your all
night open bar pass.
It's a flashback to the CM Fam-a-Lam Show with Bobbito & Lord Sear on December 31 1998, or technically 1 am January 1, 1999. This is a stupid fresh mix courtesy of DJ Cucumber Slice that is sure to get you in the party mood. He hits you with some Enjoy era old school followed by some late 80's/early 90's stuff.
1) Treacherous Three - Body Rock
2) Fearless Four - Fearless Freestyle
3) Spoonie Gee - Love Rap
4) Crash Crew - We Want to Rock
5) Afrika Bambaataa & Soulsonic Force - Zulu Nation Throwdown
6) Paulett Winley & Tanya Winley - Rhymin' & Rappin'
7) Spoonie Gee - Spoonin Rap
8) Mic break
9) Treacherous Three - The New Rap Language
10) Organized Konfusion - Releasing Hyopnotical Gasses
11) Eric B & Rakim - Pass The Hand Grenade
12) Lakim Shabazz - Black is Back
13) N.W.A. - Appetite for Destruction
14) Public Enemy - Terminator X on the Edge of Panic
15) Ultramagnetic MC's - Give the Drummer Some
16) MC Lyte, Positive K & Milk D - Start it up ya'll
17) Eric B & Rakim - Step Back
18) Pete Rock & CL Smooth - It's not a Game
19) Mic Break
Update: Thanks to my boy Shazam-Bangles for filling in the missing track names...
You'll hear at the mic break they announce DJ Rick Nice and F Boom about to get on for the next hour and play some originals. I wish I had that part of the show but unfortunately here is the only the first 90 minutes. I can't remember what I was doing that night or how I even managed to get this taped.
