Here's another Stretch Armstrong Show with Bobbito holding down the wheels solo. Special guests are Aceyalone, Khule, and the Riddlore promoting Project Blowed, and Eguan from Total Pack. There is some ringing feedback on this one, but still a good 90 minute mix from the good old days. Enjoy.

reminds you how you had to pick through each show manually from week to week in order to find the freestyles that were worth listening to..and pull them out to convert them digitally...
ReplyDeletereminds you that stretch and bobs show on 89.9 were not all hot week to week... i hated it when some niggas would come on the show and spit uttered nonsense.. in general it was a good show but i would tune into alot of other shows at that time and tape them instead because stretch and bob was more of a hit or miss type of show..
this rip reminds you of that fact
^^gibberish. No show beat Stretch & Bob...
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if anyone had this nite w/Acey, Khule and Riddlore. Heard about it for many years. Keep givin us the goodies, nes
aleph
yeah, that was kind of an unnecessary comment, but hey, express your opinion, all good. I just wish the ringing feedback wasn't on this, it's cool just to check it out though.
ReplyDeletethanks alot for posting this, i there many more gems on here that i havent heard yet!
ReplyDeletegreat show with some joints i never heard before, but its crazy that, that caller called in and asked bobbito about that BIG & raekwon beef. was there beef between them? maybe, i know it got heated at one point. but BIG always had love for him, he blasted his 1st LP all summer that year. im happy that they squased their beef couple months before BIG passed.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteRegarding Track 11, the only thing i could find on google from Gary Storm and Nasty Nova was titled:
Storm & Herman - Ghetto Dredd Part II
WOrd, nice. I remember this one cause of the Masta Ace Lord Digga Maintain track. I looked for that for years till I finally found it on an "Archives" record.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nes, keep 'em coming, its appreciated.
@jay - I couldnt find much on track 11 either, maybe someone will slide through and confirm that
ReplyDeleteBobbito played another demo from those dudes, who he credited as Gary Storm & Nova, called "Times Is Gettin Harder". This was on another demo-studded 1995 show which you can download here: http://www.mediafire.com/?zrmynm35kzm
ReplyDeleteThe Gary Storm/Nova track is around the 30:39 mark on pt. 1. Peace 2 serch4beatz for the upload.
